Daniel was very professional throughout the entire journey. At the first meeting, Daniel patiently listened to what we wanted and came out with his suggested generator setup for our bathroom. Our renovation was disrupted by the CB & dorm lockdowns. As soon as his workers were able to resume work, Daniel came down to continue with the installation. When there were some teething problems, Daniel was always prompt to respond and worked on rectifying them. The end result is an enjoyable and functional steam room for us. The Mr steam Generator i have since 2006 tripped the house power one day. The problem later we found out was due to the failed Heating element caused by prolong submerge in the water tank.

Managed to locate the company provide the repair service. Mr Daniel was referred by the office and attended to my house. He is knowledgeable and professional to identified the problem. He quickly followed up after the initial investigation with a quotation and then the repair work.

From Planning to Completion, Water+Plants had been very professional and knowledgable, providing all details.  Delivery was affected due to covid but it is worth the wait.  Weekly saunaing becomes our family get-together.
